Endicott Community Garden
The Endicott Community Garden was a project made possible through funding by the National Association Of Conservation Districts. Along with the installation of a community garden the project aimed to increase outreach and educational opportunities within PRLCD.

Additionally two individuals were able to take advantage of scholarships made available to complete the Master Gardener's Certification in Whitman County and 11 individuals were sponsored to attend the two-day Spokane Farm and Food Expo in the fall of 2019.
Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program

In 2017 PRLCD planned and implemented a 40 acre conservation reserve enhancement project planting more than 16,000 native trees and shrubs along Cottonwood Creek and establishing more than 20 acres of grass species.
